Efficient and Reliable sorting and recycling of various metals (including non-ferrous metals and precious metals)
Applications:
We use metals in many everyday products and applications. Vehicles, trucks, trains, train tracks, ships, aeroplanes, Machining scraps, Construction & Demolition, white goods, cutlery, pots and pans,etc.
Such as Scrap metal, Scrap steel, Scrap iron, Scrap aluminum, Scrap radiator, Scrap copper, Paint drums, Diesel drums, Thin iron sheets, Car shells, Metal briquettes, Metal plate scraps etc.
1.metal recycling line adopts two-shaft metal shredder, hammer crusher for crushing the scrap metal.
2.Use Dust collector and special structures to remove the fine particle and dust during the crushing period.
3.The scrap metal recycling equipment separates the ferrous metal by a magnetic separator.
4.(Optional)Eddy current separator is adopted by the waste recycling machine to separate the non-ferrous metal from nonmetal materials.
The cost of recycling line varies based on capacity, features, and process.
Entry-level machines for small-scale operations can cost around $20,000, while high-capacity industrial machines can cost upwards of $500,000.
If you want to invest in a metal recycling production line, you can contact us.
We can customize metal crushing and recycling production line for you.

Ferrous Metals (Contain Iron):
Examples: Steel, cast iron, wrought iron, carbon steel, alloy steel.
Common Sources: Scrap cars, construction beams, appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines), machinery, and industrial waste.
Properties: Magnetic, prone to rust if not treated.
Non-Ferrous Metals (Do Not Contain Iron):
Examples: Aluminum, copper, lead, zinc, tin, nickel, brass, and titanium.
Common Sources: Electrical wiring (copper), beverage cans (aluminum), batteries (lead), pipes, and electronic components.
Properties: Non-magnetic, corrosion-resistant, often more valuable than ferrous metals.
Precious metals can be either ferrous or non-ferrous depending on their alloys, with common metals including gold and silver. To begin the recycling process, precious metals should be inspected and separated before shredding, purifying and melting.
The metal shredder is mainly used for crushing scrap metal, increasing its bulk density for transportation and recycling.
1.Feed hopper: Put the material to be crushed, so as to prevent the material from splashing out;
2.Cutting system: Using different blades according customer's materials;
3.Power system: We choose famous brands of motor in China, can also be configured according to customer needs;
We’d be happy to provide pricing details tailored to your specific requirements (e.g., capacity, power, customization).

Scrap Recycling – Efficiently cuts bulky scrap metal (cars, beams, pipes) for easy processing.
Demolition Waste – Processes construction steel, rebar, and structural debris.
Foundries & Smelters – Pre-shears scrap for faster melting & reduced furnace time.
Auto Salvage Yards – Cuts end-of-life vehicles (ELVs) into compact, transportable pieces.
Metal Trading – Prepares scrap for resale by optimizing size & weight.
Scrap Metal Recycling – Compress steel, aluminum, copper, and mixed metals into dense bales for easy transport & storage.
Auto Salvage Yards – Crush end-of-life vehicles, car bodies, and parts into compact blocks.
Metal Fabrication Waste – Bale offcuts, turnings, and sheet metal scraps for resale.
Foundries & Smelters – Optimize melting efficiency with pre-baled scrap.
Uses magnets to separate ferrous metals (iron, steel, nickel) from non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, brass).It exploits the magnetic properties of certain metals to efficiently sort and recover them.
Applications :
Scrap Metal Recycling – Separating iron/steel from aluminum, copper, and waste.
Waste Management – Removing metals from municipal solid waste (MSW).
Mining & Mineral Processing – Extracting iron ore from crushed rock.
E-Waste Recycling – Recovering ferrous metals from discarded electronics.
Food & Pharmaceutical Industries – Removing metal contaminants from products.
Separates non-ferrous metals (Al, Cu, Brass) from shredded solid waste.
The metal separator recovers aluminium, copper, magnesium, zinc, silver and other valuable non-ferrous metals with a grain size above 1.2 mm with high efficiency.
Applications:
Recover valuable metals (Al, Cu, brass) from incinerator bottom ash .
Separate metals from shredded End-of-Life Vehicles and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment.
Extract precious metals (gold, silver, copper) and non-ferrous metals from circuit boards, cables, and electronic components.
Remove metal contaminants (e.g., aluminum caps, wires) from plastic flakes to improve purity.
Remove metallic impurities (bottle caps, foil, wires) from crushed glass (cullet) before melting.
Magnetic Separators: For ferrous metals (iron, steel).
Eddy Current Separators: For non-ferrous metals (Al, Cu, brass).
Both products and solutions can be customized.
