Applications of Scrap Steel Shredders
Scrap steel shredders can shred various types of scrap steel with a wall thickness of less than 8 mm, including car cabs, small and thin briquettes, motorcycle frames, bicycle frames, refrigerator sheet metal, television sheet metal, washing machine sheet metal, aluminum cans, paint buckets, oil drums, corrugated steel sheets, and chimney sheets. Scrap steel shredding processing involves using a shredder to crush scrap steel and a sorting system to separate the crushed scrap steel to obtain pure, high-quality scrap steel.
Its working principle is that the feeder automatically transports the scrap iron into the shredder. Under the continuous drive of a high-speed, high-torque motor, the hammers and blades on the shredder rotor alternately strike the scrap steel entering the crushing chamber. Under the powerful impact, the scrap steel is torn and compressed into shredded steel of a certain size. After processing by the sorting equipment, high-purity, high-quality shredded steel can be obtained.
