Multifunctional Shredder
The multifunctional shredder adopts a fully automated microcomputer (PC) control system, featuring start, stop, reverse, and overload automatic reverse control functions. It is characterized by low speed, high torque, and low noise. The bearing housing of the multifunctional shredder adopts a split type, making disassembly and blade replacement easy and convenient, suitable for shredding extra-large, extra-thick, and difficult-to-shred materials. The thickness of the blades and the number of claws can be changed according to different materials. A pressing device can be equipped to increase output when crushing hollow materials.
Multifunctional Shredder Structural Features:
1. The main body of the multifunctional shredder is made of high-quality steel plate welded with stress-relief treatment/integral machining to ensure the stability of the equipment under long-term heavy loads.
2. The moving blades of the multifunctional shredder are made of special alloy tool steel forged blanks, precision machined, and subjected to multiple heat treatments and low-temperature cryogenic heat treatment technology. The overall toughness and hardness are consistent, allowing for repeated repair and use, ensuring cutting performance and service life. The fixed blade adopts a patented hook-type installation, optimizing the blade replacement function and facilitating blade maintenance and replacement.
3. The multi-functional shredder’s bearing housing features a patented, easily disassembled design, allowing for quick removal of moving blades, fixed blades, bearings, and other components. This facilitates maintenance and blade replacement. Its unique sealing structure effectively prevents contact between the shredded material and grease, protecting bearings and gears even when handling liquid materials.
4. The multi-functional shredder is crafted from high-strength, heavy-duty steel, with a more optimized blade design providing powerful cutting force.
