**High-Quality Alloy Steel**
Our factory uses Hardox 550 and Dillidur 550 steel for the shredder blades, which not only possess ultra-high hardness and excellent wear resistance, but also significantly extend service life. The unique detachable blade design facilitates replacement and after-sales maintenance.
**Screen**
A screen is installed under the crushing chamber to ensure uniform output, control output size, and allow for screen replacement as needed.
**Quadruple Combined Bearing Sealing System**
This quadruple sealing system provides stable and reliable sealing under harsh working conditions, significantly enhancing the system’s corrosion resistance and making it perfectly suited for demanding working environments.
**Automatic Reversal System**
When the motor is overloaded or material is blocked, the system automatically switches the rotor direction, effectively mitigating the risk of material jamming.
**PLC Intelligent Control System**
The PLC control system enables intelligent functions such as real-time operation monitoring, automatic alarm for abnormalities, remote fault diagnosis, and production data analysis.
Drive System
The four-axis shredder has two main shafts and two auxiliary shafts. Smaller four-axis machines can be driven by two motors, while larger four-axis machines require four motors, resulting in higher capacity and efficiency.

Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are an equipment manufacturer with our own factory and a dedicated sales and engineering team. We have over 20 years of experience in the metal recycling project field since 2004.
Q: Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory is located in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, only a 30-minute drive from Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport. We offer airport pick-up and drop-off service if you plan to visit.
Q: Do you support OEM and ODM?
A: We support OEM and ODM services, including customizing the appearance, color, configuration, and even producing complete machines according to your drawings and requirements.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Standard equipment is typically delivered within 30 days. Customized products may take longer, but not more than 50 days.
Q: How is after-sales service provided?
A: We offer remote assistance from mechanical engineers to resolve minor issues through one-on-one guidance (text instructions or video). Replacement parts required during the warranty period are provided free of charge; you can also purchase them locally to save time. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will arrange for an engineer to provide on-site service.
